Peer-Educators Programme
A two-day activity-based training programme for Peer Educators was conducted to develop essential life skills and strengthen their ability to guide and support their peers. The training was conducted by Program Director, Adolescent Health and Wellness, Dr Jitendra Nagpal and Deputy Director Ms Geeta Mehrotra.
The sessions were highly interactive and included various activities, group discussions, role plays, and practical exercises to enhance empathy, decision-making, problem-solving, thoughtful leadership, communication, teamwork, and other essential life skills.
The training provided Peer Educators with opportunities to understand themselves and others better, think critically, make responsible decisions, and develop leadership qualities.
